Change of mind returns

If you’ve purchased any of our products and decide they aren’t right for you, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for this 30-day refund, the product(s) must be unopened with the plastic wrapping still intact, showing no signs of tampering.

 

Damaged products

If your product(s) arrive damaged, please follow the below steps.

  • Report the damage immediately. As soon as you receive your damaged product(s), take a photo of the damage as proof, along with a timestamp of when the photo was taken.
  • Send our support team your photos. Email these photos to our customer support team at via our Contact Us page, along with your order details.
  • Compensation for your damaged product(s). Once your photos are verified by our support team, a replacement order will be arranged and sent out to you free of charge. You will not need to return any damaged product(s).
    • Handling damaged products. If you receive a product from us that is cracked, leaking, or shows any signs of damage, please dispose of the item immediately. Do not use damaged products, as they may compromise safety or effectiveness.

  • 30 days. You have 30 days from receiving your item(s) to report any issues with your order.
  • Return shipping costs.
    • Change of mind returns. Customers will cover the shipping costs associated with returning items due to a change of mind.
    • Damaged item returns. Lashy Cosmetics will cover the shipping costs associated with returning items that arrive damaged.
  • Restocking fees. There will be no hidden restocking fees when returning items due to a change of mind return.
  • Refund payment method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Eligibility of returns. Every item we sell can be returned or exchanged, subject to our policies around change of mind and damaged items above.
